Garden Design Journal Spotlights Ohio Governor’s Residence and Heritage Garden

The Garden Design Journal’s May 2022 Issue highlighted the Ohio Governor’s Residence and Heritage Garden and the many native plant species growing in the garden. Ohioan Nadia Malarkey’s photography showcases the biodiversity in the Heritage Garden, representing Ohio’s five major eco-regions, known as physiographic regions. Each region of the Heritage Garden has a special combination of soil type, water, climate and land topography based on its geologic and glacial history.
